TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please be aware that we will need to update these terms and conditions from time to time so they may change without notice.

The term “stepnpump.com” and “us” and “we” refers to the owners of the website whose registered office is 30 Harborough Road, Kingsthorpe, Northampton. NN2 7AZ. Our Company registration number is 11189674, registered in England. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

If you continue to browse and use this website you are assumed to agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use which together with our privacy policy determine our relationship with you regarding the website.

Unauthorised use of our website may give rise to claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Any links to other websites are provided for your information and convenience and we do not necessarily endorse other websites and take no responsibility for their contents.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only and is subject to change without notice as we continually update it. We make every effort to portray items accurately but occasionally there may be errors which we will amend as soon as we can.

We do our utmost to ensure all prices listed are correct at the time of entering; however we do reserve the right to change the prices of any product at any time.

Your contract for purchases is made with us through stepnpump.com and the details you provide for this purpose should be true, accurate and complete in all respects and you must be authorised to use any payment method you choose by its’ owner.

Official communication with us must be through our contact details as provided on this website. We will communicate with you using contact details which you provide to us when placing your order, any communication will be deemed to have been received after 24 hours for an email or 3 days for a letter.

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using one of the following methods: MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta / PayPal / Sage / PayPal.

All cards are processed via the SagePay online card processing service which is 100% secure. However, should you wish to speak with a member of our staff, orders can be taken over the phone together with your payment. You will be charged the full amount of your order at the time you place your order.
We do not accept cash through the post, and Step’n’Pump will not be held responsible for any losses in this respect.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes. We will not be liable for any such charges incurred and you are responsible for meeting any additional charges for customs clearance.

 

AVAILABILITY

We aim to hold all items in stock, and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment, however should an item be more popular than expected; there may be occasional delays when ordering. We make our bespoke Step n Pump range individually if it is not in stock. You are able to choose your own colour combinations and sizes. As there are so many colours and styles we cannot physically stock the full range so please allow up to 21 days for delivery as the garments are made in date order. Please call 07912 267591 for any help with your order.

In the circumstance that a product is not available for whatever reason, we will offer you an alternative or a refund.  

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Should you wish to, you may cancel your order within 14 days of placing. Contact us as soon as possible for advice or return items to us in clean, unworn, saleable condition, with any tags attached and in original packaging, within 30 days for a refund. A new order may then be placed via the website for any further requirements.

Faulty goods or wrong items should be reported to us immediately by telephone at 07912 267591 or email at enquiries@stepnpump.com, after which they may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. In this instance, postage costs will also be refunded or replacement items sent postage free.

 

SHIPPING

The following standard charges for shipping apply:

 Free   Orders over £50 within UK Mainland (sent 1st class recorded delivery - subject to stock availability) 
 £3.99  Orders under £50 within UK Mainland
 £5.99  UK Non-Mainland
 £8.00  Special Delivery (next day excluding weekends and Bank Holidays - order before 2pm Mon-Thurs)
 £15.00   Orders within the EU
 £18.00  Rest of World


We try to ensure orders are processed the same day as payment is received and dispatched using royal mail recorded delivery first class or special delivery (subject to stock availability).
Parcels over 2kg will often be sent via courier.

Please note: These services do require a signature.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your purchase is unsuitable Step’n’Pump will refund the goods, provided they are returned within 14 days, in clean, unworn, and saleable condition, in their original packaging with all the labels attached to the garment. All goods returned must be securely packaged, have full documentation enclosed and with returns form clearly filled out. Incomplete paperwork will result in delays processing. Postage costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or wrong items, which should be reported within 7 days by telephone or email, for advice on how to proceed.

All returns must be sent back using a tracked delivery service via Royal Mail if possible. Step n Pump accepts no liability for lost parcels.

We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods.

 

GIFT CARDS and CREDIT NOTES

Gift Cards and Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase or issue.

 

FINALLY

None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
