All cards are processed via the Sage Pay on line card processing service which is 100% secure. However, should you wish to speak with a member of our staff, orders can be taken over the phone together with your payment.
You will be charged the full amount of your order at the time you place your order.
We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as 'StepnPump' will not be held responsible for any losses.

We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering.

Rockwear products can take up to 21 days as they are manufactured in Australia ,but we will always contact you by email or phone to advise you of this or offer you an alternative.
Please note that our bespoke StepnPump Range is made individually to suit each customer's requirements. We do not hold much of this range in stock so please allow up to 21 days for delivery as the garments are made by date order.
All stock which is available will be sent immediately and we will inform you if an item(s) is not available or will follow shortly. You will only be charged once per order for delivery, however many separate shipments we make to you.
However, there are occassions when our suppliers without no advance warnings do cancel or discontinue styles which is beyond our control, so we will offer you an alternative or a refund.

CARRIAGE UPGRADES AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
- Deliveries of all orders over £70 are FREE and will be sent 1st class next day delivery (subject to garments being in stock) within the UK mainland.
- A charge of £2.50 will be made on all orders with a value of under £70 within the UK mainland.
- A charge of £4.50 will be made on all orders which are UK Non- Mainland.
- A charge of £6.00 will be made on any orders where Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) has been selected.
- A charge of £8.00 will be made on all orders in Europe.
- A charge of £12.00 will be made on all orders for the rest of the World
DELIVERY UPGRADES
All orders are processed the same day and are despatched using royal mail recorded delivery first class or special delivery (subject to stock availability). These services require a signature. Parcels over 2kg will often be sent via courier and will require a signature.
However if your order is urgent and you require next day service please call (01604) 717600 or email us quoting your order ID. This service is £6.00. Your order must be placed before 2pm to ensure your delivery is made the next working day before 1pm. This service requires a signature.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
If your purchase is unsuitable Step n Pump will exchange or refund the goods, provided they are returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original packaging with all the labels attached to the garment. All goods returned must be clearly labelled, have full documentation enclosed and with returns form clearly filled out. Incomplete returns forms will result in delays of exchanges or refunds.
Please note all returns must be sent back using special or recorded delivery service via Royal Mail. Step n Pump accepts no liability for lost parcels.
All postage costs are non-refundable.
