c) Choose any size shown :-   Size 8 (extra small)   Size 10 (small)   Size 12 (medium)  Size 14 (large)  Size 16 (extra large)
d) Choose any leg length (if they are bottoms)

Please bear in mind that any bespoke pieces which are not advertised cannot be refunded as they will be made to your exact personal specification.
